His extensive experience in early-stage growth marketing will help Tokinomo accelerate its global expansion.  “I am thrilled to welcome Vlad Ionescu to the Tokinomo team. Tokinomo is redefining the in-store advertising industry. It is a huge market and we already work with the biggest CPG brands in more than 20 countries. Vlad adds extraordinary experience in growth marketing, which will be critical to scaling Tokinomo as we expand worldwide and help our customers[increase sales and deliver engaging in-store experiences for shoppers](https://www.tokinomo.com/for-brands/)” said CEO and Co-Founder Ionut Vlad. During his 5 years tenure at UiPath Vlad Ionescu worked in different areas of marketing, overseeing **SEO, Social Media, Growth Hacking and Marketing Automation.** The company grew from 10 employees to 3000, and from a valuation of $6.5m to more than $10b. “I have come to know the Tokinomo team first as an angel investor and then as an advisor to the CEO. The robotic solution for grocery aisles is an unbelievable invention, it looks so simple and yet at the same time it’s a complex and extremely effective solution.
